We are looking for an Arabic Female Receptionist to join our team.The ideal candidate should be organized, professional, friendly, and able to provide excellent customer service while managing the daily operations of the reception desk.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Welcome patients and assist them in a friendly and professional manner.</li><li>Answer phone calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and schedule appointments.</li><li>Manage front desk operations and perform general administrative duties.</li><li>Coordinate appointments and patient information with the dental team.</li><li>Maintain accurate patient records.</li><li>Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and welcoming.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Female candidate.</li><li>Native Arabic speaker with good English communication skills (spoken and written).</li><li>Valid UAE residence visa.</li><li>Previous experience in a dental clinic is mandatory.</li><li>Good knowledge of dental procedures and appointment scheduling.</li><li>Basic computer skills.</li><li>Professional appearance with a positive attitude.</li><li>Excellent communication and customer service skills.</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team.</li></ul>Location: Al-Zahya Dental Clinic , Alzahya- AjmanPay: From AED1,500.00 per monthExperience:<ul><li> working in a dental clinic : 1 year (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
