We are looking to hire a dental clinic admin/insurance coordinator with following job responsibilities :<ul><li>Manage data in spreadsheets and reports.</li><li>Update facility documents and keep log sheet tracker up to date.</li><li>Supervise other staff and delegate responsibilities</li><li>Coordinate with third party companies and suppliers to keep clinic inventory sheet updated.</li><li>Collaborate with doctors and nurses to help with medical examinations, schedule tests and order supplies</li><li>Ensure compliance with procedures.</li><li>Keep up-to-date with changes in medical and insurance legislation.</li><li>Responsible for keeping the reception area clean and organized.</li><li>Registers new patients and updates existing patient demographics by collecting detailed patient information including personal and financial information</li><li>Facilitates patient flow by notifying the provider of patients' arrival, being aware of delays, and communicating with patients and clinical staff.</li><li>Up to date with Tanseef/JAWDA/ADHICS audit and relevant DOH standards and policies.</li><li>Knowledge in insurance related work.</li></ul>Preferred Skills :<ul><li>Experience working as an administrator or in a relevant role in a medical setting.</li><li>Must look presentable &amp; professional.</li><li>Excellent organizational and time management skills.</li><li>Strong verbal and written communication skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently or as part of a team.</li><li>Excellent interpersonal communication skills.</li><li>Dedication to maintaining confidentiality of all patient records.</li></ul>* Salary will be discussed during interview.Job Types: Full-time, Contract Contract length: 24 monthsPay: From AED3,000.00 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Admin / Insurance: 2 years (Required)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>English (Preferred)</li></ul>

Dentist Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Perform dental procedures such as fillings, extractions, crowns and dentures</li>
<li>Diagnose and treat oral diseases and conditions</li>
<li>Develop treatment plans for patients based on their oral health needs</li>
<li>Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices and preventive care</li>
<li>Collaborate with dental assistants and other dental specialists to provide comprehensive care</li>
<li>Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using Denticon</li>
<li>Follow aseptic techniques to ensure infection control and patient safety</li>
<li>Adhere to HIPAA regulations to protect patient privacy</li>
</ul>
Dentist Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school</li>
<li>Valid state dental license</li>
<li>Knowledge of medical coding for dental procedures</li>
<li>Familiarity with medical records management and documentation</li>
<li>Proficiency in aseptic technique to maintain a sterile environment</li>
<li>Understanding of HIPAA regulations and compliance</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of medical terminology, dental anatomy, and oral health conditions</li>
<li>Ability to interpret and analyze medical imaging, such as X-rays</li>
