Work with the Supervisors to develop plans to fix any operational issues that are encountered within the department. Initiate communication with the FC Manager to notify him or her of any operational or personnel issues that may negatively impact operations.</li><li>
Participate in the training and implementation on new procedures or process changes (including SOP&rsquo;s and FC specific policies) that need to be introduced to the FC personnel.
</li><li>Establish and maintain relationships with both internal and external customers</li><li>
Train and mentor all new Operations Supervisors &amp; Warehouse Associates.</li><li>

Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Manage and supervise housekeeping, laundry, and floor care staff, ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and federal/state requirements.</li><li>
Perform and lead teams in light housekeeping, heavy housekeeping, and laundry aide duties across varying shifts.</li><li>
Lead staff training, quality control, and in-service sessions; ensure timely completion of projects and programs.</li><li>
Maintain records of income, expenditures, supplies, personnel, and equipment while using HCSG computer software.</li><li>
Act as liaison between building occupants/administrators and HCSG staff; communicate directives effectively.</li><li>
Use protective gear appropriately; ensure safe use of cleaning solutions and adherence to safety precautions.</li><li>
Maintain consistent attendance, punctuality, and timely completion of tasks.</li><li>
Represent HCSG positively through courteous interactions with supervisors, co-workers, client staff, residents, and guests.</li><li>
All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
<ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent preferred.</li><li>
Two years of experience in healthcare housekeeping and supervision preferred.</li><li>
Maintain a positive attitude and effectively communicate with building occupants, administration, and HCSG leadership to perform daily tasks.</li><li>
Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies.</li><li>
Must be able to lift/carry a maximum of 50 pounds, push/pull a maximum of 50 pounds, stand, sit, bend and walk for extended periods.</li><li>
Must be able to perform routine, repetitive tasks continuously.</li><li>
Must be able to work around food and cleaning products.</li><li>
Able to follow oral and written instructions, and perform routine, repetitive tasks daily.</li><li>
