The Role

The City Lead has full responsibility for the daily operations and performance of a city depot. While remaining strongly hands-on (60&ndash;70%), this role carries clear managerial and financial ownership.

Leads the local team, manages depot costs, ensures efficient fleet turnaround, and drives continuous operational improvement. This role is accountable not only for execution, but for results. Reporting directly to the District Manager, you are responsible for delivering a high-performing, cost-efficient, and customer-focused operation every day. 


Key Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Own the end-to-end performance of the city depot across Rental and Servicing;</li>
<li>Lead, supervise, and develop the local operational team, including shift and task planning and performance feedback;</li>
<li>Be a culture setter and a leader by example;</li>
<li>Track daily KPIs and ensure the SOPs are being executed;</li>
<li>Monitor and improve vehicle unavailability, including stepping up to do repairs when needed;</li>
<li>Own depot cost performance, including consumables, rework prevention while managing disciplined cost control practices;</li>
<li>Oversee the preparation and presentation of RVs for sales appointments;</li></ul> 


Practical Requirements

<li>Able to lift or move light-to-moderate items (10&ndash;15 kg) and able to stand, walk, and move across the depot for long periods;</li>

Job Description:
Senior Project Manager (Depot)
Abu Dhabi, UAE
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Senior Project Manager &ndash; Depot to join our team! The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the design and construction of the depot facilities for a major rail project in UAE on behalf of the Client.
The Project Manager will play a key role in ensuring the successful delivery of all depot package activities within a high speed rail project. This includes supporting the management and coordination of key stakeholders across all project phases including design, planning, procurement, construction, and operations.
What You'll Be Doing:<ul><li>
In capacity as the SPM, plan, coordinate, and manage all phases of project delivery from concept through to completion.</li><li>
Monitors the PMEC and Contractor&rsquo;s performance in delivery programs according to the established packaging strategy, including adherence to schedule, cost and standards codes, design coordination activities, and the production of construction tender documentation which would include securing appropriate approvals from the Client and local regulatory authorities.</li><li>
Ensures adherence to relevant industry regulations, environmental standards, and safety protocols. Supervises necessary permits and approvals required from relevant authorities.</li><li>
Implements quality standards for the project. Conducts periodic inspections to ensure work meets established standards and specifications.</li><li>
Manage interfaces between work packages and systems to ensure effective integration.</li><li>
Lead stakeholder engagement and provide clear, regular progress reporting.</li><li>
Manage contract delivery within the wider programme environment, including change control and reporting.</li><li>
Promote collaboration, continuous improvement, and best practice across the project team.</li><li>
Leads technical excellence on the project, including furtherance of the quality improvement processes of the Client and Parsons.</li><li>
Monitors and reports to Client management on the progress of all project activity within the program, including significant milestones, and any conditions which would affect project cost or schedule.</li><li>
Oversees establishment of Project Management Plan, Health and Safety Plan, Quality Assurance/Quality Control Plan, Systems Integration Plan, Testing &amp; Commissioning Plan, and other documents as required.</li><li>
Works with the key project staff, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors to devise and execute action plans to rectify potential cost overruns or delays, or to accommodate significant changes to the scope of work.</li></ul>
What Required Skills You'll Bring:<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree and/or have Chartered Engineer Status, with not less than 15 years&rsquo; experience in the management of design and/or construction of rail projects, preferably HSR. Master&rsquo;s degree preferred.</li><li>

We're looking for a 【Quality Assistant 】 for Al Rahayel Depot Project based in [Abu Dhabi].Responsibilities:Implement and monitor the project's Quality Assurance and Quality Control plansPerform inspections and tests as per project quality standardsEnsure compliance with ISO, project specifications, and client requirementsPrepare and maintain QA/QC documentation including ITPs, checklists, reports, and NCRsCoordinate with construction, engineering, and subcontractor teamsAssist in internal and external audits and support root cause analysisMaintain accurate records of all quality-related activitiesSupport QA/QC Manager or Senior QA/QC Officer in daily tasksRequirements:Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Engineering or related fieldMinimum 2&ndash;5 years of experience in QA/QC roles, preferably in infrastructure or depot projectsFamiliarity with QA/QC procedures and standards (ISO 9001)Proficient in preparing ITPs, checklists, and inspection reportsStrong communication and coordination skillsKnowledge of construction and safety practices in the UAE is a plusWork Location: In person
