Primary Duties: The Office of the Attorney General, Energy &amp; Natural Resources Division is seeking a Deputy Attorney General (DAG) to provide legal counsel to the Idaho Department of Water Resources (IDWR) and Idaho Water Resources Board (Board).
The DAG will work closely with IDWR and Board staff to provide legal advice and representation in areas including water law, administrative law, statutory interpretation, rulemaking, contracts and regulatory enforcement. The position may involve appearances in district court and the Idaho Supreme Court.
