 As a Design Director at Team, you lead 2-3 project teams, formulating and directing strategy-driven, creative design solutions from the start to the finish of a project. Reporting to the Creative Director, you&rsquo;ll help mentor and grow your project teams, through thoughtful, actionable feedback and leadership.

 Your Responsibilities Include

 Crafting and developing creative briefs
 </li>

 Developing creative concepts with design teams and directing the execution of 2-3 projects at a time

 Working with the Creative Director to ensure that scope and schedule are aligned
 </li>
 <li>
 Researching our clients&rsquo; business goals, positioning, history, and strategy and creating design briefs for internal and external designers
 </li>
 <li>
 Leading internal brainstorming sessions to develop high level conceptual ideas that guide our design process
 </li>
 <li>
 Leading project teams from brief to final design, including:
 </li>
 <li>
 Detailed visual identity including logo and icon design, color palettes, font selection and/or design of unique typography, image selection
 </li>
 <li>
 Brand reveal or design concept animations
 </li>
 <li>
 Brand guidelines, &ldquo;&ldquo;kit of parts,&rdquo; and collateral design and production files
 </li>
 <li>
 Photography, 3D and/or illustration style/guidance
 </li>
 <li>
 Web user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) design
 </li>
 <li>
 Static and interactive storyboards
 </li>
 <li>
 Digital, print, and experiential layouts
 </li>

 Presenting concepts and design work directly to clients
 </li>
 <li>
 Providing printing specifications, reviewing, and approving final print/production files, color proofs and prototypes, and, when time allows, attending press checks
