Kohler Store is one of those trade names and is looking for a Design & Sales Consultant at their San Jose, CA location.
 
Pay for Design & Sales Consultant is between $21.00 and $24.00 per hour at this location.

About the Role: 
You will: 
<ul>
<li>Provide expert product selection assistance and design services to our showroom customers both in the showroom and at the customer’s location.</li>
<li>Ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction in order to meet or exceed the established sales and gross profit goals, and to increase profit sharing.</li>
<li>Provide hospitality and warmly welcome each customer.</li>
<li>Sell and provide in-store and/or in-home design consultations for kitchen and bathrooms.</li>
<li>Articulate your showroom value proposition to get your customer’s attention, engage them, teach them, and show them the value you provide.</li>
<li>Determine customer needs, direct them to the best products to address their needs, discover potential hurdles, and keep the sale moving forward.</li>
<li>Build and maintain long-term customer relationships, creating referrals and repeat business.</li>
<li>Develop and maintain knowledge of product lines and features.</li>
<li>Leverage Hajoca technology to guide product selections, review product specifications, pricing, and availability.</li>
<li>Use sales reports and sales forecasting tools to meet or exceed established sales targets.</li>
<li>Follow-up on leads and generate new business.</li>
<li>Enter sales orders and bids, expedite purchases, stay engaged with customers from the beginning to the end of projects.</li>
<li>Process showroom sale returns and refund paperwork in accordance with Company policy and procedure.</li>
<li>Keep showroom clean, neat, current, stocked, and safely displayed.</li>
<li>Join industry associations and attend professional events to stay informed about design trends, new products, and to build business relationships.</li>
<li>Successfully complete required safety and compliance training programs as assigned.</li>
<li>Perform other reasonably related duties as assigned by immediate supervisor and other management as required.</li>
</ul>
About You: 
<ul>
<li>2+ years of experience in plumbing design and sales.</li>
<li>Knowledge of products sold in the showroom preferred</li>
<li>Experience working with luxury, high end products and customers.</li>
</ul>
