What You Bring<ul><li>
5-8+ years of product design experience, with a portfolio that proves you can ship beautiful, functional products at scale</li><li>
Deep fluency in Figma, prototyping tools, and design systems; you're the person teammates come to for Figma wizardry</li><li>
A track record of working independently and driving projects from 0 to 1 without heavy oversight</li><li>
Experience designing for fintech, trading platforms, SaaS, or similarly complex, data-rich products</li><li>
Strong collaboration and communication skills; you can articulate design rationale to engineers, PMs, and executives</li><li>
A bias for action: you prototype fast, test early, and iterate based on feedback and data (and actually feel comfortable speaking to users to validate early)</li><li>
