What You'll Do
<ul><li>Assist in the new store projects develop test fits to support the RE team in evaluating the site feasibility</li><li>
Produce approach and concept drawings that maintain the brand standard and values</li><li>
Assist with test fits for existing store projects; design and develop test fits during concept phase. Overseeing projects from SD- CD for the client</li><li>

Develop and validate high performance low power clock network guidelines. Perform block level place and route and close the design to meet timing, area and power constraints. Participate in establishing CAD and physical design methodologies for correct by construction designs. Assist in flow development for chip integration.

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $126,800 and $220,900, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

Description 
 
In this role, you&rsquo;ll help drive and execute space planning strategies that support Apple Ads spaces globally. The work combines strategic thinking, operational rigor, and design sensibility. 
 
You&rsquo;ll play a crucial role in projects within the spatial planning and seating strategy initiatives across our global footprint. This includes managing construction-related projects, coordinating with cross functional partners, and ensuring design plans are implemented accurately and meet the needs or our teams. You&rsquo;ll also lead the development of programming and blocking plans for new spaces and work with senior leaders to create seating plans that reflect organizational requirements, team workflows, and business priorities.

Ensuring projects and tasks stay on track by driving follow-ups, maintaining clear communication, and proactively raising blockers for resolution or escalation. 
 
Creating clear, compelling space plans that communicate vision and logistics to stakeholders across disciplines 
 
Crafting compelling Keynote presentations that clearly articulate space strategies and engage executive audiences while using data to support and drive decisions 
 
Supporting global initiatives by providing nuanced space insights and detailed execution plans tailored to regional needs 
 
Oversee Ads lockdown security access globally, ensuring confidentiality standards and operational security requirements are met

Minimum Qualifications 
 
7-10 years of experience in space planning, workplace strategy, or real estate project management 
 
Exceptional written and verbal communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence at all levels of the organization 
 
Proficiency in Apple Keynote, with demonstrated ability to communicate spatial strategies through clear, compelling, and well structured presentations 
 
Strong understanding of how physical environments influence team dynamics, collaboration, and workflows 
 
Comfort analyzing and synthesizing data to inform planning decisions, identify inconsistencies early, and proactively resolve issues 
 
A steady, solutions-oriented approach, with the ability to navigate competing priorities, perspectives and stakeholders with professionalism and clarity
