The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) has a continuing requirement for Homeland Enterprise Information Technology Secure Services &amp; Support (HEITS) for the continual operations and maintenance and evolution of the Homeland Secure Data Network (HSDN) and the Classified Local Area Network (C-LAN).
Leidos is seeking a broadly experienced candidate to provide Tier 1 and 2 Desktop Support for multiple domains with users locally and remotely, with excellent communication skills and the ability to support VIP and VVIP customers. This position will work with Active Directory and Exchange to create/modify/terminate accounts, as well as troubleshoot workstations, printers, and other peripheral devices. Additional responsibilities include imaging, installing, and configuring workstations and troubleshooting Windows 10 and above and Microsoft Office suite for standard workstations and Secureview workstations. Candidates should be interested in learning new technology and providing support to the user community.
Primary responsibilities will include:<ul><li>
Communicating and interfacing with customers and Leidos Site Lead on issues and daily tasking.</li><li>

Basic Qualifications<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree from an accredited college with 4-8 years of prior relevant experience or a Master&rsquo;s degree with 2-6 years of prior relevant experience will be considered.</li><li>
Strong problem solving and organizational skills and able to work in a professional environment.</li><li>
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal</li><li>

 Dit ga je doen
 
 
 
 Je werkt aan complexe cloud-native platformen bij organisaties die containerisatie, GitOps en infrastructure as code serieus nemen. Geen simpel beheer, maar engineering. Je ontwerpt, bouwt en realiseert platformen die applicatieteams versnellen in plaats van afremmen. Jouw opdracht kan vari&euml;ren, van het inrichten van Kubernetes-clusters bij een scale-up tot het begeleiden van een cloud-transformatie bij een enterprise.
 
 
 
 
 
 Dit wordt jouw speelveld: Kubernetes-clusters inrichten, GitOps-pipelines ontwerpen, workloads observabel maken en provisioning reproduceerbaar opleveren. Je slaat een brug tussen development en operations en neemt teams mee in modern platform denken. Je draait mee in agile teams, neemt ontwerpbeslissingen en verdedigt die met technische argumenten.
 
 
 
 
 
 Je levert niet alleen code, maar ook inzicht. Je deelt best practices met softwareteams, bespreekt securitypatronen met architecten en adviseert over cloud-native adoptie. Je denkt in patronen zoals declarative delivery, policy-as-code, resilience en developer experience.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Jij bent de expert
