BASIC QUALIFICATIONS</b></h2><ul><li>Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Data Science, Information Systems, or related STEM fields, or experience in software development</li><li>10+ years of experience in developer education, developer experience, developer relations, technical content leadership, or related roles.</li><li>Deep technical fluency &mdash; you understand developer workflows, can read/write code, and can explain technical concepts clearly.</li><li>Proven success creating structured learning paths and educational content that measurably improve user outcomes.</li><li>Comfortable working cross-functionally with product, engineering, support, and community teams.</li><li>Experience with AI-assisted or intelligent developer tools, and familiarity with how developers adopt new paradigms.</li></ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS</b></h2><ul><li>Experience writing technical articles, speaking at technology conferences, and contributing to open source</li><li>Experience growing or leading an education, DevRel, or developer experience org.</li><li>Track record improving developer onboarding and retention through education investments.</li></ul><br>

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
