</div><ul><li>A strong technical background in computer science, robotics, or engineering, gained through a degree or equivalent hands-on experience.</li>
<li>Deep knowledge of software and communication systems, ideally applied to robotics or unmanned platforms.</li>
<li>Hands-on experience with embedded Linux, networking fundamentals (TCP/UDP, routing), and scripting (C++/Python).</li>
<li>Practical experience with advanced communication hardware, such as tactical radios, LTE/5G modems, or satellite systems.</li>
<li>The ability to troubleshoot complex, system-level issues that span software, communications, and hardware.</li>
<li>A proactive, hands-on mindset and a genuine passion for solving operational problems in the field.</li>
<li>Clear communication skills in English; proficiency in German is a plus.</li>
<li>Willingness to travel frequently to support missions across Germany and the EU - ideally based in or around Munich.</li>
