Ensures equipment is fully operational before each use by checking calibration and for deficiencies.</li><li>
Sends all studies to PACS immediately after completion; prints CDs as needed.</li><li>
Prints and scans after‑hours teleradiology reports into PACS when applicable.</li><li>
Completes all studies in RIS before completing them in PACS.</li><li>
Prints completed teleradiography log sheets and submits them to the radiologist when applicable.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>
Operations</b></p><ul><li>
Restocks linens and supplies; maintains a clean and orderly department.</li><li>
Transports and positions patients; assists them on and off the procedure table.</li><li>
Performs patient charging activities on the day services are rendered.</li><li>
Applies shielding, supportive, and immobilization devices appropriately.</li><li>
Willingly provides knowledge and assistance to others as needed and when time allows.</li><li>
Performs clerical and support duties when necessary to ensure continuity of services.</li><li>
Keeps supervisor informed of responsibilities, issues, and potential problems.</li><li>
Maintains productivity levels consistent with coworkers.</li><li>
Operates all CT department workstations.</li><li>
Pushes/retrieves images from the CT console to PACS.</li><li>
Maintains Joint Commission and other regulatory standards.</li><li>
Takes call when necessary.</li><li>
