Anderson Powersports is seeking a Master Powersports Off-Road Technician to join our growing service department. We are currently preparing for the expansion of our new 18-bay service facility, and we are looking for technicians who want to grow with us and help build one of the strongest powersports service departments in the region.
The Master Technician serves as a technical leader within the shop, performing advanced diagnostics and repairs while assisting other technicians with complex issues. This position requires expert-level mechanical knowledge, strong diagnostic ability, and a commitment to quality workmanship and team success.
Key Responsibilities<ul><li>
Diagnose and repair complex mechanical and electrical issues on off-road powersports vehicles including ATVs, UTVs, dirt bikes, and side-by-sides</li><li>
Perform advanced troubleshooting on engines, drivetrains, suspension systems, fuel systems, and electrical systems</li><li>
Complete engine rebuilds, transmission repairs, and performance upgrades</li><li>
Utilize manufacturer diagnostic tools and service manuals to accurately identify and resolve issues</li><li>
