<div><b>Position Purpose:</b><p>
The primary purpose of this role is to assist the asset protection manager in performing his/her functions. Performing AP and Safety-related activities to support The Home Depot's business objectives, such as but not limited to minimizing shrink, risk and safety incidents, providing on boarding to AP programs, OSHA standards and investigations, training, coaching and response to potentially volatile situations requiring quick, effective decisions and conducting investigations. This includes responsibility for data integrity and tracking of various performance metrics across AP duties. The role has experience in asset protection, safety, merchandise auditing compliance, hazmat, OSHA standards, and investigations to ensure The Home Depot maintains a safe, a safe work culture by providing support to the asset protection manager and facility leadership team, in assigned building, related to improving shrink, safety, expenses and liability.</p><b><br>
Key Responsibilities:</b><ul><li>
40% Compliance:
</li><li>Assist DC Asset Protection Manager with conducting monthly audit cadence that provides insight into shrink risk, overall safety compliance, merchandise accuracy audit completion, and regulatory compliance.</li><li>
Assist DC Asset Protection manager with regulatory investigations such as OSHA, EPA, state and federal agencies.</li><li>
Leverage contracted site guard supervisors, and ensure all electronic security systems are in good working order at all times.</li><li>
The overall audit process(s) will highlight operational deficiencies and will lead to the development of a dynamic game plan that will correct or mitigate exposures identified within the scope of the audits.</li><li>
30% Safety:
</li><li>Review weekly incident reporting and review trends with leadership team</li><li>
Participate in onsite meetings with regulatory agencies and follow company SOP's as it relates to interacting with such agencies.</li><li>
Maintain compliance with all Supply Chain security measures that will include but not limited to a seal compliance and testing program, maintaining a strong physical security presence.</li><li>
Leads auditors in daily operations; monitors to ensure a high degree of accuracy in the shipping of product, safety, recording auditing errors, and reviewing errors with facility leadership.</li><li>
Participate in all safety incident investigations to help drive additional training and accountability.</li><li>
If needed, assist APM with creating new processes that prevent safety incidents from occurring.</li><li>
15% Accuracy:
</li><li>Responsible for the training, coaching and feedback of auditors and performs regular evaluations of associates through factual data and subjective observations.</li><li>
15% Shrink:
</li><li>Assist DC Asset Protection Manager with the Company's internal and external theft program. Identify and process temporary labor and external visitors who commit theft. Maximize merchandise recoveries.</li><li>
Observations on floor, identifying safe work practices and correcting unsafe work practices</li><li>
Adhere to all Company policies governing apprehensions. Minimize risk of injuries during apprehensions.</li></ul><br>

Reporting to the Director of Creative and Content, this role executes against established brand frameworks and monthly content calendars to ensure every community maintains a consistent, high-quality presence across digital and print channels. The primary focus of the role is social content production and template-based design, with print collateral, scheduling, and asset management supporting this core function. This is a production-focused position requiring speed, brand accuracy, and strong organizational discipline.</p><p><b>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES</b></p><ul><li>Produce organic social content for assigned communities, including static graphics, carousels, Stories, and Reels, aligned to each community's brand guidelines and monthly content calendar.</li><li>Adapt social content frameworks for each community, incorporating community-specific imagery, copy, and local market context.</li><li>Schedule and publish organic content across Meta and Instagram platforms on time and in compliance with brand and platform standards.</li><li>Design and produce community marketing collateral, including digital ads, email graphics, event invitations, rack cards, and supporting print materials.</li><li>Execute creative adaptations from master templates, maintaining brand fidelity while applying community-specific variables accurately.</li><li>Manage revision cycles efficiently, incorporating feedback from the Director of Creative and Content and Regional Marketing Managers without compromising timelines.</li><li>Coordinate with Regional Marketing Managers to gather community-specific inputs needed to keep content current, including events, imagery, pricing updates, and messaging priorities.</li><li>Maintain organized asset libraries for assigned communities, ensuring correct file versions are accessible to the appropriate team members.</li></ul><p><b>SUCCESS METRICS</b></p><ul><li>Monthly social content calendars and collateral assets delivered on schedule across all assigned communities.</li><li>Published content consistently meeting brand standards, with all materials reviewed and approved before deployment.</li><li>High first-draft accuracy and alignment, reducing revision cycles across assigned communities.</li><li>Maintains a consistent pipeline of approved, ready-to-publish content across all assigned communities.</li></ul><p><b>REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS</b></p><ul><li>2+ years of experience in social media content production, graphic design, or marketing content roles.</li><li>Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or similar design tools (e.g., Canva, Figma), including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.</li><li>Basic video editing skills for short-form social content such as Reels and Stories, using tools like CapCut, InShot, or equivalent.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to produce high-quality visual content within established brand systems and templates.</li><li>Strong written communication skills, including the ability to write clear, on-brand captions and short-form copy for social and digital channels.</li><li>Highly organized with the ability to manage content production across multiple communities and deadlines simultaneously.</li></ul><p><b>PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS</b></p><ul><li>Marketing experience in residential real estate, homebuilder, or residential lifestyle environments.</li><li>Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, social scheduling tools, and basic platform analytics.</li><li>Video editing experience for short-form social content, including Reels, Stories, and lifestyle clips.</li></ul><p>Pay: $65,000.00 per year</p><p>Benefits:</p><ul><li>401(k)</li><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Professional development assistance</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul><p>License/Certification:</p><ul><li>Driver's License (Required)</li></ul><p>Work Location: Hybrid remote in Sarasota, FL 34240</p>
