The role involves planning and executing inspections, investigating asset failures, managing budgets, and reporting on asset conditions and associated risks to senior management.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Develop &amp; Manage Inspection Programs:</li><li>Create and oversee comprehensive asset inspection and maintenance strategies.</li><li>Implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs.</li><li>Team Leadership:</li><li>Supervise and manage a team of inspectors and technicians.</li><li>Develop training plans and address performance issues.</li><li>Compliance &amp; Standards:</li><li>Ensure all inspections and maintenance activities comply with safety, regulatory, and engineering standards.</li><li>Data Analysis &amp; Reporting:</li><li>Collect and analyze inspection data to identify trends, assess risks, and provide insights to senior leadership.</li><li>Incident Investigation:</li><li>Investigate asset failures and malfunctions to determine root causes and recommend preventive measures.</li><li>Budget &amp; Contract Management:</li><li>Develop and manage budgets for inspection and maintenance activities.</li><li>Manage contracts with vendors and service providers.</li><li>Collaboration &amp; Risk Management:</li><li>Work with operations, procurement, and finance departments to align asset management goals.</li><li>Implement Risk-Based Inspection (RBI) methodologies and develop risk assessments for complex maintenance tasks.</li></ul>Minimum Requirements:<ul><li>Experience:</li><li>Minimum 4-5 years in operations within the same industry, including reporting and data analysis.</li><li>Education:</li><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s or Associate degree in Engineering, Science, or Management.</li><li>Skills &amp; Competencies:</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</li><li>Strong organizational and customer service skills.</li><li>Attention to detail for accurate inspections and reporting.</li><li>Leadership and team management abilities.</li><li>Proficiency in relevant software and technology systems.</li><li>Valid driving license (if required).</li></ul>Preferred Requirements:<ul><li>Experience:</li><li>5&ndash;6 years in asset integrity management, inspection, or related fields.</li><li>Experience in mechanical infrastructure or similar sectors.</li><li>Education/Certifications:</li><li>Master&rsquo;s degree or relevant certifications</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: Up to AED6,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Exp in asset integrity management ?</li><li>Expected salary</li><li>Notice period </li><li>Visa status </li><li>UAE Driving License?</li></ul>
