Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:<ul><li>
Content management of the University&rsquo;s external website (walsh.edu), online events calendar, Walsh Wire weekly e-newsletter, email campaigns and social media network</li></ul><ul><li>
Works cross-enterprise for annual maintenance and strategic planning of web content</li><li>
Analyzes Google Analytics, provides reports and makes recommendations for improvements based on web metric trends
</li><li>Oversees the development and distribution of Walsh University&rsquo;s email communications to various external audiences including the quarterly e-newsletter, alumni, fundraising and special event invitation emails</li><li>
Stays up to date with current web technologies and serves as primary liaison with website related vendors</li><li>
Provides graphic design support as needed for various internal and external marketing projects as back up to the senior graphic designer</li></ul>

Education: Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in marketing, web development, or a related field required.

 Manage and administer the NYAM web presence, including the organization&rsquo;s main site, the integration of historic programmatic micro-sites, and ad hoc digital publications.

Working closely with the Storytelling &amp; Content Lead and Communications &amp; Brand Strategy Manager, this role ensures that SJLI&rsquo;s communications are consistently presented through strong visual design, dynamic digital storytelling, and effective platform distribution. 
The Digital Communications &amp; Design Lead manages the organization&rsquo;s digital presence, including social media platforms, website updates, digital campaigns, and analytics tracking. This role also serves as the primary designer for the communications team, developing graphics, layouts, and visual assets that reflect SJLI&rsquo;s brand identity and enhance the reach of the organization&rsquo;s storytelling.

Overall Responsibilities:

Qualifications/Skills:
