This role partners with multiple internal Agency teams to deliver high-quality, engaging digitalcontent including social media, graphics, and video production, that supports the Agency&rsquo;s communications and stakeholder engagement objectives. Essential Duties &amp; Responsibilities:
Digital Marketing Strategy<ul><li>
Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns aligned with organizational growth goals.</li><li>
Create and manage monthly marketing calendars and campaign schedules.</li><li>
Collaborate with leadership to support new clinic launches, service promotions, provider recruitment, and community outreach initiatives.</li><li>
Identify opportunities to improve digital presence and patient acquisition efforts.</li></ul>
Social Media Management<ul><li>
Manage all company social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging channels.</li><li>
Develop engaging content that promotes providers, services, patient education, company culture, and events.</li><li>
Schedule, monitor, and optimize social media posts.</li><li>
Track social media performance and provide monthly reporting.</li><li>
Respond to comments and messages as appropriate while maintaining brand standards.</li></ul>
Website Management<ul><li>
Maintain and update company websites.</li><li>
Create and publish landing pages, blog content, provider profiles, and service updates.</li><li>
Ensure websites remain optimized for user experience, SEO, and mobile responsiveness.</li><li>
Monitor website performance and identify opportunities for improvement.</li><li>
Coordinate with third-party vendors when necessary.</li></ul>
Search Engine Optimization (SEO)<ul><li>
Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings.</li><li>
Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.</li><li>
Optimize website content, metadata, local listings, and directory profiles.</li><li>
Monitor SEO performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and related tools.</li><li>
Improve local SEO efforts for multiple clinic locations.</li></ul>
Content Creation<ul><li>
Write and edit marketing copy for websites, blogs, email campaigns, social media, and advertising.</li><li>
Develop patient education content and provider-focused materials.</li><li>
Create content that supports both consumer and referral marketing efforts.</li><li>
Assist with video content planning and production.</li></ul>
Graphic Design &amp; Creative Development<ul><li>
Design digital and print marketing materials.</li><li>
Create brochures, flyers, presentations, event materials, signage, advertisements, and promotional assets.</li><li>
Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels.</li><li>
Develop graphics for social media, email campaigns, and website content.</li></ul>
Email Marketing<ul><li>
Create and manage email marketing campaigns.</li><li>
Build and maintain email lists.</li><li>
Analyze campaign performance and optimize open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.</li></ul>
Analytics &amp; Reporting<ul><li>
Monitor and report on website traffic, SEO performance, social engagement, and campaign effectiveness.</li><li>
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable recommendations.</li><li>
Generate monthly performance reports for leadership.</li></ul>
Marketing Team Support<ul><li>
Support provider relations and field marketing teams with digital and print collateral.</li><li>
Assist with event marketing, sponsorships, and community outreach initiatives.</li><li>
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to execute marketing campaigns and initiatives.</li></ul>
Minimum Experience &amp; Qualifications:
Required<ul><li>
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Graphic Design, or related field.</li><li>
2+ years of digital marketing experience.</li><li>
Experience managing social media platforms and content calendars.</li><li>
Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.</li><li>
Experience with website content management systems (WordPress preferred).</li><li>
Basic graphic design experience using Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar tools.</li><li>
Familiarity with Google Analytics and SEO best practices.</li></ul>

Salary Range: $70,000 to $80,000 annually
