 AIU is looking for a creative Graphic Designer who can transform ideas into impactful visuals. From concept to completion, you&rsquo;ll lead diverse design projects, collaborate across departments, and ensure every piece reflects AIU&rsquo;s high standards and brand identity.
 
 
 Key Responsibilities:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Create original artworks and set project visual course.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop &amp; conceptualize designs and animations using illustrations, info-graphics, image manipulation, graphical compositions etc.
 </li>
 <li>
 Retouch and enhance digital assets collected through photo and video shoots.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop Logos, Brand Visual Identities and Guidelines
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare final design files for printing books, brochures, catalogues, Ads, Reports, Outdoors etc.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate graphics, photographic library and maintain digital records.
 </li>
 <li>
 Create mood boards, shot lists, and story boards for photo and video shoots.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support in websites development and management
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate on all printed/produced designs.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist in covering university events by capturing photos and videos and handling the subsequent editing and post-production.
 </li>
 <li>
 Design and create engaging visual assets for the university's website and social media platforms, Email banners, including graphics, animations, and infographics.
 </li>
 <li>
 Liaise with printing presses and other external vendors to ensure print quality, color accuracy, and timely production of materials.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 Qualifications:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in the relevant field with 3 to 5 years of experience
 </li>
 <li>
 Relevant Professional certificates will be an added advantage
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud apps (primary Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
 </li>
 <li>
 A strong and diverse portfolio showcasing a range of design projects across both print and digital media is required
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud apps (Primary: Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign. Secondary: After Effects, Premiere Pro, Lightroom. Preferer: Blender, dimension, substance).
 </li>

 Strong Communication skills (written and spoken)
