Position Summary:
We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Digital Experience Manager to play a pivotal role in shaping and enhancing our customers&rsquo; journey across digital platforms, ensuring seamless interactions across all touchpoints. Reporting to the Director of User Experience, this role will collaborate with the Marketing Strategy and IT teams to develop and execute a comprehensive digital customer experience strategy that aligns with business objectives. The Digital Experience Manager will lead UX design initiatives to create intuitive and visually appealing digital interfaces that enhance the overall customer experience.

The responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to:

<li>Coordinating cross-functional digital initiatives focused on improving user experience and ensuring our digital platforms effectively serve customers and stakeholders in the competitive logistics marketplace</li>

<li>Ensuring the website has accurate and current domain and hosting information to prevent potential downtimes</li>
<li>Evaluating and recommending new digital tools and platforms</li>
<li>Managing relationships with any new third-party service providers added post recommendation</li>
<li>Coordinating with vendors on service issues and upgrades</li>
<li>Managing licenses and subscriptions for user experience related digital tools</li>

To be qualified for this position, you must possess the following:
<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing, User Experience Design, Computer Science, or related field</li>
<li>5+ years of experience in digital experience management, UX design, or related roles</li>
<li>Proven track record of managing multiple web properties and digital platforms simultaneously</li>
<li>Strong understanding of UX/UI design principles, methodologies, and best practices</li>
<li>Experience with user research methods, including user testing, surveys, and analytics interpretation</li>
<li>Proficiency with design and prototyping tools (e.g., Balsamiq, Figma, Adobe XD)</li>
<li>Working knowledge of web analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics)</li>

For any eligible US locations, unless otherwise noted, the base compensation range for this role is $116,900 - $217,100.

Job Description:
Parsons are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Digital Information (Engineering) Manager to join our digital delivery services team in Doha - specializing in roadway and infrastructure projects.
The successful candidate will report to the Technical Director and implement the vision and strategic direction for enterprise-wide initiatives in our engineering centre, focusing on information management, building information modelling (BIM), geographic information systems (GIS), and automation.
As the Senior Digital Information Manager, you will lead the digital transformation efforts within the assigned engineering centre, ensuring the integration and optimisation of digital tools and processes. You will work closely with various functions to enhance our capabilities in information management, BIM, GIS, and automation, driving innovation and efficiency in our programs and projects. A key aspect of this role is ensuring the technical excellence of our digital delivery services for the engineering centre.
What You'll Be Doing;<ul><li>
Lead the preparation of technical and commercial proposals for digital delivery services, including detailed levels of effort and risk mitigation strategies for RFPs.</li><li>
Serve as the primary interface with key client accounts for the delivery of digital services.</li><li>
Implement the vision and strategic direction for enterprise-wide digital initiatives.</li><li>
Develop and lead the execution of implementation plans for the engineering centre, aligned with the strategy and roadmap to support the business unit's digital goals.</li><li>
Act as the primary interface with the engineering centre leadership and other engineering centres on matters related to digital plans and initiatives implementation.</li><li>
Collaborate with leadership and the digital practice to identify and implement digital solutions that enhance project delivery and performance.</li><li>
Lead efforts to drive organisational change within the engineering centre.</li><li>
Lead the development and management of schedules, budgets, and resources allocated for the implementation of digital initiatives.</li><li>
Ensure the technical excellence of digital delivery services for the engineering centre.</li><li>
Lead and manage the digital practice within the engineering centre, with extensive knowledge in varying specialisms, such as IM, BIM, GIS, and Automation.</li><li>
Support the engineering centre information manager(s) in integrating information management practices, BIM, GIS, and automation technologies into roadway and infrastructure projects.</li><li>
Provide technical leadership and guidance to implement and adopt digital systems, tools, and processes.</li><li>
Lead audits to ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations related to digital technologies and information management practices, such as ISO 19650.</li><li>
Develop and deliver onboarding for new hires and training programs to enhance the digital skills of staff within the engineering centre.</li><li>
Oversee and monitor key performance indicators and reporting/tracking practices for implementing digital practices and adoption of initiatives.</li><li>
Monitor industry trends and advancements in digital technologies to keep the engineering centre at the forefront of innovation.</li></ul>
What Required Skills You'll Bring;<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Architecture, Engineering, GIS, Geography, Geomatics, Engineering or Computer Science</li><li>
15+ years of related experience, including supervisory/managerial experience.</li><li>
Experience in engineering and infrastructure projects.</li><li>
Middle East/Gulf Countries experience preferred but not essential.</li><li>
Proven experience in preparing technical and commercial proposals for digital delivery services.</li><li>
Proven experience managing complex BIM, GIS, or automation programs and projects.</li><li>
Knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to digital technologies and information management principles and practices (IS0 19650).</li><li>
Proficient in a range of common data environments, collaboration platforms modelling, automation, design review, coordination and simulations applications, e.g., Autodesk Construction Cloud, ProjectWise, Civil 3D, Dynamo, Revizto, Synchro, Cost X, etc</li><li>
Excellent leadership and project management skills. (PMP or similar project management certification is a plus)</li><li>
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in multiple geographical locations.</li><li>
