 Web Developer &amp; Analyst
 
 to build and optimize high-performing, lead-generating websites for their clients. This role is ideal for someone skilled in front-end development, technical SEO, and site performance, who takes ownership from build to launch and continuously improves results.
 
 
 
 Experience In a Digital Marketing Agency Is Required.
 
 
 
 
 Experience in the home service industry is preferred.
 
 
 
 
 What you&rsquo;ll be doing:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Build, launch, and optimize high-converting websites and landing pages end-to-end
 </li>
 <li>
 Implement technical SEO, site speed optimization, and Core Web Vitals improvements
 </li>
 <li>
 Set up and validate tracking &amp; analytics (GA4, GTM, pixels, call tracking)
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage CRM/automation integrations, form routing, site migrations, and clean deployments
 </li>
 <li>
 Run QA checks to ensure sites launch correctly and perform optimally
 </li>
 <li>
 Continuously analyze site performance and make data-driven improvements
 </li>
 <li>
 Use AI tools to accelerate development, testing, and technical tasks
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Who are we looking for?
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 3+ years of experience with WordPress custom builds and modern front-end development
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficient in page builders (Breakdance, Elementor) and CRO optimization
 </li>
 <li>
 Solid understanding of technical SEO, site speed, and structured site architecture
 </li>
 <li>
 Skilled in analytics setup, tracking validation, and integrations
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with CRM/automation tool connections and form workflows
 </li>
 <li>
 Fast, proactive, execution-focused &mdash; suggests improvements and owns delivery
 </li>
 <li>
 Comfortable using AI tools to streamline work and boost productivity
