Digital Campaign Execution

Coordinate campaign tasks across team members and vendors, ensuring clear communication, timely delivery of assets, and alignment with project goals and budgets.
</li><li>Accountable for meeting deadlines, maintaining quality standards, and supporting the successful execution of each campaign phase.</li><li>
Create, manage, and maintain digital marketing boards in Monday.com, including social media boards, event marketing boards, and digital assignments on the primary marketing board.</li><li>
Assist with retargeting, event promotion, and follow-up campaigns.</li><li>

Email Marketing

7. Coordinate, assemble, and execute large-scale email marketing campaigns to donors and leads, in support of various departments, including Marketing and Communications, Donor Engagement, and Church Engagement.</div>

8. Manage mass email list of ~500,000 contacts, ensuring contact information is accurate, maintaining GDPR compliance, and maintaining overall email health (open rates, bounce rates, etc.).</div>

Website Support

Serve as point of contact for minor website updates (content uploads, blog posts, video/podcast integration, webpage creation).</li><li>
Coordinate with web developers on technical issues, bugs, and UI/UX improvements.</li><li>
Ensure site content is optimized for SEO, GEO, accessibility, and user experience.</li></ul>

Analytics &amp; Reporting

Track, compile, and analyze performance data from Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Search Console, HubSpot, Meta Insights, YouTube Studio, etc.</li><li>
Prepare weekly reports for the Marketing team with insights on engagement and conversion.</li><li>
Recommend content optimizations based on analytics and trend monitoring.</li><li>
Track, compile, and analyze financial donation data from digital campaigns and events for Chief Development Officer, Donor Engagement Manager, and Digital and Print Marketing Manager.</li><li>
Utilize data insights to inform budget recommendations, forecast campaign outcomes, and support donor acquisition and retention strategies. Accountable for maintaining data accuracy, timely reporting, and contributing to fiscally responsible decision-making within the digital marketing program.</li></ul>
