 The Digital Marketing Coordinator plays a key role in executing digital marketing tactics and campaigns across our retail stores and eCommerce channels, while also supporting digital brand initiatives. Using data-driven insights, digital advertising platforms, and localized marketing efforts, this role focuses on increasing in-store and online traffic, enhancing customer engagement, and driving sales conversions.

Basic Qualifications:<ul><li>

The hiring range for this position in California is $53,300.00 to $71,300.00 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate&rsquo;s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. Digital Marketing Project Coordinator/Specialist

Position Overview:

We are seeking a specialist-level marketing contractor with expertise in web-based projects to support our digital initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in building, optimizing, and managing digital marketing assets that drive measurable results.

This is a 6 month contract with potential to extend that is fully remote. Must be US based.

Key Responsibilities:</h3>
<ul><li>support and coordinate the development and execution of marketing web projects, including landing pages, microsites, and campaign-driven web experiences.</li>
<li>Collaborate with internal marketing stakeholders to translate campaign goals into effective web deliverables.</li>
<li>Optimize web content for conversion rates, SEO, and user experience.</li>
<li>Manage contractors, developers, or creative partners as needed to deliver projects on scope and on schedule.</li>
<li>Provide analytics, testing, and reporting to measure the effectiveness of web initiatives and inform improvements.</li>
