About the Role

The Education Content Coordinator will serve as a pivotal link between the ANPD Nursing Professional Development (NPD) team and the Marketing &amp; Communications Services department. This role will be primarily responsible for creating, maintaining, and optimizing educational content on the ANPD website &mdash; drawing from NPD-team output, member insights, and organic content sources &mdash; and ensuring that our digital education offerings reflect up-to-date, relevant, engaging material that supports ANPD&rsquo;s mission and strategic goals. Key Responsibilities</div><ul><li>
Work closely with the NPD team to identify, review, and curate educational materials (e.g., webinars, white papers, case studies, toolkits, neighborhood spotlights) for website publication.</li><li>
Serve as the conduit between the NPD team (subject matter experts) and the Marketing &amp; Communications team (content scheduling, brand alignment).</li><li>
Develop and deliver digital marketing strategies and tactics, including SEO, SEM, content marketing, and digital advertising.</li></ul><ul><li>
Draft, edit, format and upload content to the ANPD website including updating existing pages, creating new pages/modules, and archiving or retiring outdated content.</li><li>
Monitor and maintain consistency of tone, branding, style, and structure across education/web content.</li><li>
Capture and integrate &ldquo;organic&rdquo; community platform (The Neighborhood) content into education resources and website pages.</li><li>
Collaborate with marketing on content calendars, web analytics/metrics (traffic, engagement, completion rates), and make recommendations for optimizing education content performance (e.g., keyword usage, tags, cross-linking, calls-to-action).</li><li>
Assist in coordinating multimedia or interactive elements (e.g., video) in partnership with the NPD team and external vendors as needed.</li><li>
Ensure quality assurance of web content: proofing, link checking, responsiveness across devices, accessibility compliance (where applicable).</li><li>
Track and report on website content performance (e.g., new page views, returning visitors, downloads, engagement).</li><li>
Maintain a strong working knowledge of best practices in digital education delivery, CMS/web publishing workflows, and user experience principles.</li><li>
Stay attuned to new program development to proactively suggest new website education content or updates.</li><li>
Apply the use of all eLearning and technology tools to support client education initiatives, including a variety of abstract management tools, eLearning development software, web-conferencing tools, virtual platforms and live capture/recording tools.</li><li>
Support development of educational programming including webinars, convention planning, new programs, etc.</li></ul><div>
Qualifications

Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in communication, marketing, education, digital media, or a related field (or equivalent experience).</li><li>
Minimum 2-4 years&rsquo; experience in content coordination, web publishing, digital education support, or related role.</li></ul><ul><li>
Proficient in HTML, basic coding, marketing automation, and digital advertising applications.</li><li>
Proficient in using core Microsoft applications, including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word, and social media, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, and YouTube.</li></ul><ul><li>
Strong writing, editing and proofreading skills; ability to translate subject-matter content into clear, engaging web-friendly formats.</li><li>

The Director of Marketing &amp; Growth is responsible for building and executing Chicago Beyond&rsquo;s marketing strategy to expand our national reach, influence, and engagement across key audiences. This leader will architect a unified, data-informed marketing practice while also directly driving execution across key channels. Reporting to the Chief Innovation Officer and working in close partnership with the Senior Director of Communications, the Director of Marketing &amp; Growth will translate Chicago Beyond&rsquo;s narratives, insights, and strategy into high-performing campaigns and engagement systems. Qualifications:</h3><ul><li>
Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of experience in marketing (strategy, product marketing, digital marketing), growth, or digital strategy roles. Nonprofit, advocacy, social impact, or mission-driven experience preferred</li><li>
