Job Level Summary

The Digital Media Manager is a strategic, hands‑on leader responsible for leading and optimizing a multi‑channel digital ecosystem that generates widespread awareness and knowledge of the Goodwill brand and ensures audience engagement across our territory. The Digital Media Manager will oversee digital media and event planning and promotions. 


Key Job Responsibilities/Essential Job Duties

Proactive Strategy Development
<ul>
<li>Create an annual digital communications strategy that maps priority audiences (donors, shoppers, employers, partners, program participants, volunteers) to channel roles and content themes&mdash;grounded in Goodwill NWNC&rsquo;s mission and strategic commitments.</li>
<li>Connect with leaders throughout the organization to understand how their needs translate into social media strategies.</li>
<li>Translate organizational milestones (campaigns, partnerships, events, openings, legislative advocacy, impact stories) into integrated digital plans with clear objectives, timelines, budgets, and measurement frameworks.</li>

Multi‑Channel Optimization

Influencer &amp; Creator Program Management

<li>Design and manage a creator/influencer pipeline that reflects Goodwill&rsquo;s values; define tiers, categories (e.g., sustainability, thrifting/style, workforce/skills, innovation), and deliverables.</li>
<li>Negotiate agreements, set briefs, and manage compliance (FTC disclosures, brand safety, usage rights), track content performance and ROI.</li>
<li>Activate creators to amplify donation education, mission programs, career center outcomes, and innovation in retail and training.</li>

Intern Program and Event Planning Leadership
<ul>
<li>Recruit, hire, and mentor a cohort of digital media interns; create learning objectives, rotation plans (social, video, analytics, web), and regular feedback rituals.</li>

The ideal candidate will have a natural eye for design and a drive to inspire dynamic ideas that connect with all types of audiences.Objectives of this Role<ul><li>Responsibilities include creating and curating shareable content</li><li>Retermining which platform is best suited for each piece of content</li><li>Building and managing social media profiles and presence </li><li>Directing paid search and social campaigns and analyzing the performance of those campaigns </li><li>Maintaining brand consistency </li></ul>&middot; Build, lead, and review work of the creative team in the production of all web, print, and digital marketing collateral&middot; Spearhead and manage content strategy for both small-scale and large-scale projects, harnessing strategy, digital and brand design, compelling content, and technology&middot; Collaborate with the marketing and sales departments in developing marketing plans, analyzing results, and identifying opportunities&middot; Develop internal marketing campaigns that translate marketing objectives across business units into clear and motivating creative strategies&middot; Analyze brand tracking, market trends, consumer need, and the competitive landscape&middot; Meet budget standards by forecasting and managing expensesDaily and Monthly Responsibilities&middot; Supervise a cross-functional team of graphic designers, copywriters, social media experts, photographers/videographers, and project managers in the strategic development of messages and deliverables&middot; Prioritize work and resources across engagements based on short- and long-term needs, establishing production schedules by collaborating with designers, copywriters, and production departments&middot; Conduct brainstorming sessions with creative team, maintaining strategic and creative thinking to develop innovative and actionable creative initiatives in a fiscally responsible manner&middot; Review and approve art and copy developed by the team, ensuring deliverables that effectively address marketing goals and challenges&middot; Produce fresh, innovative work that translates complex ideas into compelling print materials and digital experiences for visually sophisticated audiences&middot; Present, or oversee presentation of final concepts, and obtain approvals for deliverablesSkills and Qualifications&middot; 06 years of related experience in creative direction in agency or corporate setting&middot; Years of experience creating marketing/advertising campaigns from developing vision and the message platform to overseeing production on time and budget&middot; Understanding and past experience creating integrated content across all marketing channels from digital, social media, paid media, mobile, but also understand offline and print&middot; Proven experience with concept development&middot; Highly skilled with leading a team of creative talent&middot; Strong creative vision with an understanding of business objectivesPreferred Qualifications&middot; Master&rsquo;s degree in marketing or business (from reputed university)&middot; Prior experience with copy writing, design, or production (In Hospitality Field, Health and Fitness, Real Estate etc)&middot; Prior project management experience, with a focus on creative directionPay: Rs200,000.00 - Rs400,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
