About the role</b></p><p>
As a Digital Product Manager, you will be responsible to manage the overall cargo system development and support activities to ensure the customer experience on the site is high and as per required standards. Interact and coordinate with stakeholders for system maintenance and development requests. Manage process improvements and change management strategies to ensure high adoption with end users.</p><p>

   Provide product vision and direction for key product capabilities, working closely with partners to understand business and customer needs in order to deliver revenue-generating, best-in-class user experiences.

   Demonstrated documentation skillset, understanding of the product development lifecycle, agile methodologies and backlog management applications e.g. JIRA, Confluence, AI-based automation tools &amp; agents, Adobe Analytics etc.

   Strong project management skills managing multiple large projects with agile product management experience.
  </li>
