Work on improving team performance reviews by implementing course correction strategies (daily).</li><li>Check and adjust time cards for the FoH team (daily).</li><li>Manage and maintain safe inventory Go over caf&eacute; &amp; Bar deposits (daily).</li><li>Respond to emails; to book large events, Wagner room reservations, inquiries, reservation refunds, etc.</li><li>Manage FOH team schedule 2 weeks in advance and review it (daily) depending on changes anticipated volume.</li><li>Responsible for placing orders and maintain inventory FoH stock Check inventory of FoH supplies, ordering as needed;</li><li>Glassware</li><li>silverware</li><li>paper printer (paper products)</li><li>water bottles</li><li>Conduct regular FoH staff meetings and daily huddles</li><li>Update Toast point of sale as/when needed.
