<li>Must be at least 15 years of age or older.

</li><li>Must be able to communicate effectively in English with residents, guests, and employees.</li>
<li>Ability to secure required food handler permits as required by local ordinances within two (2) weeks of hire.
</li></ul><div>Key Responsibilities</div>
<ul><li>Enhance the dining experience by assisting residents in Casual Dining by carrying trays, offering beverages, and proactively meeting service needs.</li>
<li>Create memorable moments in Fine Dining by warmly greeting tables, guiding residents through menu selections, accurately taking orders, and serving a full range of courses, from beverages to desserts.</li>
<li>Keep the dining room looking its best by clearing and resetting tables, carefully handling dishes, filling and refilling water carafes, and setting tables before meals.</li>
<li>Help keep things clean and organized by vacuuming carpets, cleaning the salad bar, and completing other cleaning tasks as needed.</li>
<li>Deliver room service meals and pick up trays with a friendly, positive attitude.</li>
<li>Listen and respond kindly to resident comments or concerns and share feedback with a manager or supervisor when needed.</li>
<li>Jump in and help where needed by completing support work and other tasks assigned by supervisors or managers.</li>

 The Evening Room Attendant is responsible for cleaning guest rooms as assigned, and preparing rooms for our guests to retire comfortably for the evening. Other duties include, but are not limited to maintaining the cleanliness of hotel common space and &ldquo;back of house&rdquo; areas. The Evening Room Attendant must ensure the Ivy&rsquo;s established standards of cleanliness. He or she is responsible for reporting any maintenance deficiencies and handling guest requests.
