<li>Assist in tabletop inventories maintenance.</li>

<ul><li>Review, read, notate, and initial the Daily Log to document and learn about pertinent information.</li>
<li>Review Resident Diet Book-TSD or confidential chart.</li>
<li>Maintain and protect the confidentiality of resident information.</li>
</ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Food Safety and Sanitation</b></h3>
<ul><li>Practice safe food handling at all times to prevent an outbreak of food borne illness.</li>
<li>Complete daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning assignments.</li>
<li>Maintain all work areas in a healthy and safe condition.</li>
<li>Assist in dining room and surrounding areas for proper directional flow, organization, and supplies placement.</li>
</ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Risk Management and General Safety</b></h3>
<ul><li>Partner with community team to ensure community is in compliance with national/provincial regulations pertaining to occupational health and safety requirements, promoting Risk Management programs and policies and adhering to safety rules and regulations.</li>
<li>Practice safety procedures at all times including Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), fire extinguishers, Safety Data Sheets (SDS), and Lockout Tagout procedures.</li>
</ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Training and Contributing to Team Success</b></h3>
<ul><li>Participate actively as a member of a team and commit to working toward team goals.</li>
<li>Demonstrate in daily interactions with others, our Team Member Credo.</li>

<li>Attend regular meetings; Town Hall, Department Team, Cross Over, and others as directed by the Supervisor/Department Coordinator.</li><li>

<li>Must be Food Safety Certified within 90 days of taking the position</li>
<li>Maintain the following certifications and ongoing training and re-education as required by Sunrise and state/provincial regulations:
<ul><li>CPR and First Aid</li>
<li>ServeSafe&reg;</li>
