Responsibilities: The Direct Support Associate will support in promoting independence, creating a safe environment, and providing companionship to clients in a residential home setting.<ul><li>
Assist clients with activities of daily living such as personal care and medication administration</li><li>
Assisting with lifting, transferring, and mobility support</li><li>
Support and assist with household tasks such as light housekeeping, meal preparation, and laundry</li><li>
Accompany individuals on outings such as daily activities, appointments, and community events</li><li>
Follow each individuals care plan</li><li>
All staff will undergo training in conflict resolution and behavioral health safety</li><li>
