The Director, Advanced Analytics &amp; Governance is a senior leadership role within the Chief Data Office responsible for driving the continued maturation of the organization's analytics and reporting capabilities and for advancing enterprise-wide analytics standards. In this role, you will lead a team of data analysts, analytics engineers, reporting governance specialists, and data stewards to deliver high-impact solutions while ensuring data is trusted, secure, compliant, and governed effectively across the enterprise. You'll operate at the intersection of business, analytics, and technology &mdash; bridging technical innovation in advanced analytics with robust data governance, privacy, and ethical standards.

As a senior leader on our data team, the Director, Advanced Analytics &amp; Governance will set the strategy and oversee execution of analytics initiatives across the organization, building on an established foundation. Key responsibilities include:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities</h2>
<ul><li>Evolve and execute the enterprise strategy for advanced analytics and reporting governance in alignment with the overall CDO vision and business objectives.</li>
<li>Lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced analytics solutions &mdash; including predictive modeling, machine learning, deep learning, and optimization &mdash; and oversee the end-to-end analytics lifecycle from problem framing through model deployment and monitoring.</li>
<li>Mature and scale the enterprise analytics platform and self-service analytics environment to empower business users while maintaining governance controls.</li>
<li>Oversee production support and administration of the data analytics systems, ensuring reliability, availability, and operational excellence across the environment.</li>
<li>Continuously refine and strengthen the enterprise analytics governance framework, including policies, standards, quality metrics, SLAs, metadata management, and remediation processes.</li>
<li>Lead reporting stewardship programs and ensure clear ownership and accountability across business and technology teams; oversee compliance with data-related regulations (GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, HIPAA, etc.) and internal policies for privacy, security, and ethical data usage.</li>
<li>Build, mentor, and lead the Business Informatics team, manage talent acquisition, performance management, career development, and succession planning.</li>
<li>Partner with business leaders, IT, and other CDO functions to identify high-value use cases where advanced analytics can drive revenue, efficiency, customer experience, or risk mitigation.</li>
<li>Act as a trusted advisor to the CDO and executive leadership; present complex analytics findings and governance strategies to senior executives and non-technical stakeholders in clear, actionable terms.</li>
<li>Evaluate and recommend analytics and governance tools and technologies (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Databricks) and drive adoption of modern analytics and reporting architectures leveraging the enterprise data platform.</li>
<li>Champion a data-driven culture by deepening adoption of analytics insights and governed data assets across the organization.</li>

Minimum Qualifications</h2>

Nutrafol is seeking a Senior Director, Marketing Analytics &amp; Data Science to bring senior measurement leadership and advanced modeling capability to our marketing analytics function. This role partners with an established marketing analytics team that is actively driving the strategy, roadmap, and cross-functional unification of measurement across brand, growth, and retention.

We're looking for a senior measurement leader with hands-on data science depth to support and elevate an established marketing analytics team. The team owns strategy, roadmap, and cross-functional measurement &mdash; you bring technical rigor, modeling depth, and outside experience to accelerate their work.

Responsibilities:

<li>Measurement &amp; modeling &mdash; provide senior support across the full portfolio: MMM, MTA, incrementality testing, website analytics, CM360 reporting, and growth journey analytics. Lead the technical implementation of MTA 2.0, partnering with the team that owns strategy and roadmap.</li>
<li>Methodology &amp; rigor &mdash; pressure-test assumptions, validate outputs, and guide reconciliation across measurement approaches so stakeholders know which signal to trust for which decision. Bring clarity to complex methodological questions, including privacy-resilient measurement.</li>

 As an Analyst on the Global Content &amp; Lifecycle Analytics team, you will deliver clear, actionable insights that inform strategy across Paramount+. This role brings together data from multiple systems to uncover opportunities, assess risks, and identify emerging trends, translating complex analyses into concise, compelling narratives for partners across the DTC organization, including senior management. Through rigorous evaluation and close cross-functional collaboration, you will help drive decisions that optimize the subscriber lifecycle and maximize the global impact of Paramount+ content.
 
 
 
 Responsibilities Include:

 Define, develop, and maintain key performance indicators and reporting frameworks that inform content, marketing, and broader business strategy for Paramount+.

 Write efficient SQL (BigQuery) queries to extract, transform, and analyze data in response to business questions from stakeholders at all levels.

 Conduct advanced analysis of content performance, subscriber lifecycle dynamics, and audience behavior to identify opportunities that drive interaction, retention, and growth.

 Use statistical analysis to develop and enhance models centered around content. This includes valuation, attribution, optimization.

 Build and maintain intuitive dashboards using tools such as Tableau, Looker/Data Studio, and Adobe Analytics, enabling self-service insights for non-technical users.

 Stay current on industry and competitive trends, evaluating potential implications for content strategy and the subscriber experience.

 Partner with measurement operations and data engineering teams to ensure proper tracking, data quality, and data structures that enable both robust analysis and scalable reporting.

 Improve data pipelines and develop analytical data sets that support modeling, real-time reporting, and deeper content and subscription insights.

 Hiring Salary Range: $86,000.00 - 115,000.00.
 
 
 The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York City, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable, as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement.
