<li>Update and revise the Security Standard Operating Procedures, aiming for constant risk mitigation and continuous improvement in conjunction with Operational Management in line with CAGAR Part 135 and Water Aerodromes, Helipads and Aerodromes, respectively CACAR Parts 137, 138 and 139.</li>
<li>Perform security audits, monitor compliance, and perform risk/threat assessments of security systems.</li>
<li>Present audit findings to Director Q&amp;S and the Accountable Manager.</li>

 Strong, current Air Force relationships with the credibility to operate at senior officers and executives.

 Prior experience as a Business Development or Account Executive within the Air Force community.

 Foundational to Expert knowledge of the Air Force Acquisition and Procurement process both traditional (FAR based) and non-traditional (OT / OTA&rsquo;s) mechanisms.

 </ul>

 Ability to gain trust immediately with your knowledge and reputation gained throughout your civilian and/or military career as trusted leader.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven success managing complex Air Force programs or major logistics initiatives.
 </li>
 <li>
 Demonstrated experience in strategy development or logistics transformation.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to lead teams, influence stakeholders, and engage effectively at senior Air Force levels.

 Willingness to travel to Air Force sites as required.
