   Develop advanced forecasting models and scenario analyses that surface risks and opportunities before they impact the business, and recommend clear, prioritized action paths for each

   Identify operational inefficiencies across the business, quantify their impact, and lead structured process improvement initiatives from diagnosis through resolution

   Serve as the analytical backbone for cross-functional initiatives &mdash; providing rigorous ROI modeling and performance tracking to ensure projects stay accountable to measurable outcomes
  </li>

   Partner with regional leaders and market GMs to synthesize performance data across geographies, identify what&rsquo;s working, and help scale winning playbooks consistently across markets

   Collaborate with Product and Engineering to define tooling requirements that support operational scalability, acting as an informed and credible voice for the ops team in roadmap discussions

  What we're looking for

   7+ years of experience in strategy, business operations, management consulting, or analytics, with at least 2 years in a leadership role at a high-growth technology or marketplace company
  </li>
  <li>
   Deep analytical fluency &mdash; highly proficient in Excel and SQL, with hands-on experience building and maintaining reporting infrastructure in BI tools such as Looker or Tableau
  </li>
  <li>
   Demonstrated ability to build financial models, scenario analyses, and forecasting frameworks that inform real, high-stakes business decisions
  </li>
  <li>
   Proven track record of leading cross-functional initiatives from scoping through execution &mdash; managing multiple workstreams simultaneously without losing accountability on any of them
  </li>
  <li>
   Clear, confident communicator who can distill complex analysis into concise, compelling narratives for senior stakeholders, with the ability to adapt the message for different audiences
  </li>

   Highly self-directed with strong problem-structuring skills &mdash; capable of independently defining the approach to an ambiguous problem and driving it to a clear outcome
