 Provide senior leadership for the IMS Segment Contracts organization in areas of operations and international expertise, including offsets. Position will focus tactically on helping the organization improve its cash collection while also putting in place strategic process improvements to drive greater discipline in proposal generation, change management, international contracting and linkage between contracts and subcontracts.

   Demonstrated knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements related to proposal preparation, contract negotiation, and the FAR, DFAR, ITAR and other government procurement regulations.

   This position will require the individual to be a U.S. citizen and have the ability to obtain a security clearance.

 In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in Colorado State, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Vermont and New York State is $136K-$252K. For California, New Jersey, Seattle, Washington D.C., Maryland Greater Washington D.C. area, the city of Denver, Washington State and New York City, the salary range for this role is $156-$290K. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
