WORK ENVIRONMENT:</b></p><p>

<p>We are looking for an outstanding individual to lead the sales efforts as a <b>Sales Director</b>. You will be responsible for the sales and marketing programs for the residence, including engaging in community outreach, conducting tours for prospective residents and cultivating referral sources. You will make a difference in the lives of families by walking alongside them as they select a new home for their loved one.</p>
<p><b>Responsibilities-</b><b>Sales Director</b></p>
<ul><li><b>Assuring community awareness of the residence</b> through design, implementation, and maintenance of outreach programs for referral sources and community organizations</li>
<li><b>Developing and executing lead events </b>according to approved event schedule</li>
<li><b>Performing initial contact, follow-up contact and residence tours </b>for potential customers and/or family members</li>
<li><b>Maintaining budgeted occupancy goals and documenting all sales activity</b></li>
