A key responsibility is developing and executing a rolling 24+ month roadmap of initiatives, experiments, and investments to drive sustained audience growth and subscription revenue, with direct accountability for performance across BNP&rsquo;s paid subscription brands.</b></p><p><b>The Associate Director also plays a leadership role in advancing BNP&rsquo;s digital growth capabilities by identifying new opportunities, improving channel efficiency, and optimizing paywall and regwall strategies.</b></p><p><b>In addition, this role partners closely with the Audience Development team, serving as a strategic advisor across the broader brand portfolio.
