About the role</b></p><p>
The Director of Financial Analysis drives high quality analysis, reporting and story-telling for consumption by senior management and other parties. The Director will research key findings in the financial statements for one or more of Kuvare&rsquo;s business segments through drilldowns into financial data, discussions with key stakeholders throughout the organization including Financial Reporting, Actuarial, Investment Accounting, Reinsurance and Treasury, and the assembly of dynamic schedules and exhibits to tell the story. The focus will be on analysis and documentation of key performance indicators, and explanations for deviations from expectations such as the Annual Plan to aid in management decision-making, as well as comparisons to industry benchmarks and competitors where appropriate. What you'll do</b></p><p>
Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to</p><ul><li> Develop and maintain key analysis to be distributed to management quarterly (statutory and GAAP reporting) in the form of a Management Reporting Package.
