We are seeking a customer-oriented, collaborative, and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead marketing initiatives for our diverse product portfolio in the Acute Care Technologies Division.  CLEAR is seeking a seasoned Director to lead enterprise selling and strategic partnerships within the healthcare ecosystem (health systems, providers or health plans). In this role, you will build executive relationships, lead complex enterprise sales cycles, and help healthcare organizations modernize identity workflows to improve access, security, and patient/member experience.
 
 
 
 
 What you'll do:
 
 
 
 <ul>

 Full execution of deals from top-to-bottom of funnel - pitch, shape deals, contracting, pricing, etc.
 </li>
 <li>
 Partner cross-functionally internally with Product, Partner Success, Legal, Security to align business requirements with existing/future capabilities
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage existing pipeline and build your own pipeline.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct research, deliver competitive intelligence on healthcare business trends, conduct capability needs/development, and support internal forecasting processes.
 </li>
 <li>
 Land new B2B opportunities and expand to additional opportunities to broaden CLEAR&rsquo;s network throughout the client&rsquo;s organization.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop and deepen your understanding of CLEAR&rsquo;s existing products and future capabilities.
 </li>

 <li>
 Pipeline growth, ARR (Revenue/Bookings), customer retention / LTV (Lifetime value), annual contract value (ACV).

 What you're great at:

 7&ndash;10+ years of enterprise sales, account management, or partnerships experience within healthcare networks, healthtech, payers/providers
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong understanding of:

 Healthcare regulatory and compliance frameworks
 </li>
 <li>
 Digital identity, access management, verification, and fraud prevention workflows
 </li>
 <li>
 The payer, provider, and healthcare IT ecosystem
 </li>
 </ul>
 </li>
 </ul>
 </li>
 <li>
 Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical healthcare stakeholders
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience leading complex enterprise sales cycles with multiple stakeholders and long time horizons
 </li>
 <li>
 Demonstrated consultative selling skills and strategic account planning expertise
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong negotiation skills and a track record of closing impactful deals
 </li>
 <li>
 Stay current on regulations, healthcare identity standards (e.g., NIST IAL/AAL frameworks), interoperability requirements, and market trends.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct competitive analysis and advise internal teams on market opportunities, differentiation, and partnership potential.
 </li>
 <li>
 Represent CLEAR at healthcare and government conferences, working groups, and customer advisory sessions.

The on-target compensation range for this role is $150,000 - $350,000.  The base salary range represents the low and high end of CLEAR&rsquo;s salary range for this position. Salaries will vary depending on various factors which include, but are not limited to location, education, skills, experience and performance.
