Following a review of the Firm&rsquo;s knowledge needs and priorities, the Director of Knowledge Management will carry forward a refreshed KM mandate: making the Firm&rsquo;s institutional knowledge, matter experience, practice judgment, and reusable work product easier to find, govern, trust, and use in day-to-day legal work.
 
 
This is a build-and-lead role for a program at an important inflection point. The Director will shape the operating model for capturing, governing, maintaining, surfacing, and improving knowledge over time; manage a team of KM attorneys; and work with practice leaders and cross-functional teams rather than serve as the sole content creator. The mandate is practical and ambitious: reliable starting points, better findability, AI-ready content collections, lawyer workflow integration, and feedback loops that keep the program useful and current.
Essential Duties
KM Strategy and Roadmap Execution:

 Requirements
 
 
 
 
 
 About you
 
 
 
 
 <ul>

 :10+ years of IT experience, 3 years management experience, ideally in a startup or high-growth company
 </li>
 <li>
 Absolute comfort in being both the designer and the doer. If you have any reservations about helping people add a printer while designing new onboarding and offboarding processes, and doing SOC 2 prep, totally understandable but this role isn't for you
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience implementing identity platforms such as JumpCloud, Okta, Entra ID, or Google Workspace
 </li>
 <li>
 Azure experience beyond Entra ID, specifically in securing and deploying apps
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience managing Mac and Windows fleets with MDM tools such as Jamf, Iru (Kandji), or Intune
 </li>
 <li>
 Expertise in deploying and managing SSO, MFA, SCIM provisioning, RBAC, and access lifecycle management
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience preparing a company for SOC2
 </li>

The Guthrie Clinic

<div>Position Summary:
The Senior Director Epic programs will lead Epic and Clinical applications to include any new implementation and operational support across The Guthrie Clinic. The position of Senior Director Epic Programs is a unique opportunity to provide leadership and set strategy for all program/project plan activities including new deployments, optimization project management, internal consulting and educational support at all TGC locations. Reporting to the SVP &amp; Chief Information Officer (CIO), the role will be responsible for managing the Epic modules and the relationships to downstream clinical systems to include those not directly connected to Epic. The role is part of the IT leadership team who leads The Guthrie Clinic in the strategy, development and implementation of Information Technology to support Clinicians, clinical practice and clinical applications. The Senior Director must collaborate with key senior leaders on the clinical and administrative decision-making process. The role will be responsible to develop clinical systems strategy to optimizes the use of existing clinical systems, for nurses, physicians, and other multidisciplinary care providers, by attending to their information management needs. He or she performs all duties in a manner that promotes a multidisciplinary team concept and reflects the organization&rsquo;s mission and philosophy. The qualified candidate must be an engaging and transparent leader who maintains high visibility and demonstrates excellent communications skills.
