 Partial Hospitalization and Outpatient Programs. The Medical Assistant/Receptionist will work closely with consumers and both clinical and administrative staff across all levels of the organization.

  Essential Duties / Functions:

   Assists in site screening procedures when needed
  </li>
  <li>
   Answers phones in a polite and professional manner and relays messages accurately and timely
  </li>
  <li>
   Schedules, reschedules, and confirms appointments
  </li>
  <li>
   Assists in the process of opening and closing the office
  </li>
  <li>
   Collects and records patient payments
  </li>
  <li>
   Ensures that all consumers receive, complete, and fill out intake paperwork
  </li>
  <li>
   Obtains vital signs (BP, HR, Wt and Ht) for consumers as directed and documents findings appropriately
  </li>
  <li>
   Assists in confirming, obtaining, and updating consents and other required documentation for lab work, including lab requisition forms, transportation team and other internal and external entities
  </li>
  <li>
   Assists with lab specimen collection (urine only)
  </li>
  <li>
   Assists nurse with maintaining first aid kits and medication sample inventory
  </li>
  <li>
   Possesses the ability to resolve crisis situations appropriately
  </li>
  <li>
   Assists nurse and prescriber with Telehealth processes
  </li>
  <li>
   Completes documentation and training as required by the clinic's policies/procedures
  </li>
  <li>
   Other duties as assigned

 High School Diploma or equivalent required. One to two years of relevant experience highly preferred. Relevant coursework and/or certifications preferred.

The Senior Director of Behavioral Health Services reports to the Vice President of Behavioral Health and serves as the senior clinical and operational leader for all direct-care behavioral health programs. This is an opportunity for a licensed clinical leader to take ownership of a high-impact role at a mission-driven CCBHC &mdash; shaping the quality of care delivered to thousands of consumers across our region.</p><p>
</p><p><b>What You&rsquo;ll Do</b></p><ul><li>
Provide administrative and clinical supervision to program directors and clinical staff across outpatient, SUD, psychiatry, nursing, school-based, crisis, and specialty service areas.</li><li>
Ensure clinical and operational compliance with Illinois DHS Rule 132, CARF accreditation standards, CCBHC certification requirements, Medicaid/Medicare, DCFS, and 42 CFR Part 2.</li><li>
Monitor and manage staff productivity, service utilization, and clinical documentation compliance across all service lines.</li><li>
Lead outcomes management and continuous quality improvement, including consumer outcome monitoring, documentation audits, and utilization review.</li><li>
Conduct structured clinical supervision in accordance with Rule 132 and CARF requirements.</li><li>
Manage the full employment lifecycle for direct reports, including recruitment, onboarding, performance evaluation, and corrective action.</li><li>
Provide direct clinical services as needed and serve as a clinical resource to staff on evidence-based practice and documentation standards.</li><li>
Collaborate with the Vice President of Behavioral Health on strategic planning, program development, and budget management.</li><li>
Fulfill all required reporting obligations to IDHS, Medicaid, CCBHC, and other state, federal, and county entities.</li></ul><p>
</p><p><b>What You Bring</b></p><ul><li>
Master&rsquo;s degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related human services field.</li><li>
Applicants must be independently licensed to practice clinically in Illinois (LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, or LP). Candidates with equivalent independent licensure in another state must be eligible for Illinois licensure.</li><li>
Minimum five (5) years of progressively responsible behavioral health supervisory and administrative experience.</li><li>
Demonstrated knowledge of Illinois DHS Rule 132, CARF standards, and CCBHC or similarly regulated community behavioral health environment preferred.</li><li>
Valid driver&rsquo;s license and reliable transportation required.</li></ul><p>
