Responsibilities
The Director of People &amp; Office Operations is responsible for the employee experience, workplace environment, and operational rhythm of the firm. The Director of People &amp; Operations leads Human Resources, Reception &amp; Guest Services, Mailroom, Facilities &amp; Office Services, Culture &amp; Internal Experience. This leader will oversee the following

 Job Description
 
 
 
 We are seeking a visionary and decisive Director of People and Culture to join our organization in Novotel Madinah, Saudi Arabia. This key leadership role will be responsible for shaping and executing our human resources strategy, fostering a positive organizational culture, and driving employee engagement and development.

 Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies aligned with organizational goals

 Lead and mentor the HR team, ensuring high-quality service delivery across all HR functions

 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior HR leadership role

 In-depth knowledge of Saudi labor laws, regulations, and cultural norms
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience working in Saudi Arabia or the Gulf region
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong strategic thinking and decision-making skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent leadership and team management abilities
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven track record in organizational development and cultural transformation
 </li>
 <li>
 Expertise in talent management, performance management, and employee engagement
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong conflict resolution and negotiation skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
 </li>
 <li>
 Fluency in Arabic and English

 Proficiency in HRIS and HR analytics tools

 Professional HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-SCP, CIPD) are a plus

Training &amp; Development:<ul>
<li>
Facilitate training programs to enhance associate job skills and guest service focus and delivery.</li>
<li>Oversee leadership development and succession planning efforts.</li>
<li>Ensure timely and comprehensive compliance training all associates.</li>

REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES:<ul>

5+ years of HR leadership experience, with minimum 3 years at an HRD level in the hospitality or related industry.</li>
<li>Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master&rsquo;s preferred).</li>
<li>Hilton Brand Experience.</li>
<li>Proven advanced knowledge of employment laws.</li>
<li>Proven experience with UKG/Ultipro systems and payroll processing preferred.</li>
<li>Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.</li>
<li>Ability to work in a fast-paced, luxury hospitality environment.</li>
