This role is responsible for defining and owning Clarest&rsquo;s market narrative&mdash;translating our clinical excellence and proprietary technology into clear, differentiated value propositions for risk‑based healthcare buyers. 
 
As Clarest continues to scale its Clarest at Home initiative and expand partnerships with Medicare Advantage plans, ACOs, and other risk‑bearing entities, this leader will position Clarest as a strategic outcomes‑based partner&mdash;connecting medication management to improved quality scores, reduced total cost of care, and better patient outcomes. Job Description: 
 
The Director of Product Marketing, Specialty Lighting is responsible for developing and executing strategies for his/her product line(s) and to ultimately deliver revenue and margin targets to the company. With a balance of technical and commercial skills, he/she continuously analyzes market requirements for existing as well upcoming applications and works with internal teams to integrate them into Luminus product and segment roadmaps. The successful candidate will have a solid technical background, experience leading internal teams through the development and launch of new products and a passion for customer engagement. 

Key Responsibilities:

<li>Through regular interactions with customers, Luminus regional marketing team members and market research, define and maintain market strategies and roadmap for assigned product line, including market analysis, product plan, value proposition, performance and cost roadmaps.</li>

The Director will lead a team of downstream product managers and be responsible for developing and executing the annual brand plans and media plans, collaborating across the portfolio with fellow US Directors, and driving above-market growth to reach more patients in line with the company&rsquo;s growth strategy.
What will you be doing?
<ul><li>Leading and developing a team of product managers to execute annual brand plans and achieve budget targets
</li><li>Oversee and gather cross-functional alignment for all key decisions related to targeting, segmentation, pricing &amp; contracting strategy, digital media plans, tradeshows, market research, new messaging, and medical education
</li><li>Manage the full Advertising &amp; Promotion budget for all BioTissue brands
</li><li>Drive team toward gathering more customer insights through field rides, customer engagement, and market research to acquire new customers and increase net promoter scores.
</li><li>Work closely with Managed Markets and Pharmaceutical distributor account managers to drive channel demand and implement strategies to improve payor access.
</li><li>Collaborate with upstream/global marketing, clinical, R&amp;D, medical education, sales leadership and other cross-functional partners to complete asset creation, training development, medical education planning, and forecasting for new product launches
</li><li>Collaborate with fellow marketing leaders to market the full wound portfolio to customers and improve the customer experience
</li><li>Own demand planning and forecasting for all brands and working closely with supply planning and operations to ensure product availability
</li><li>Work closely and manage relationships with external and internal creative agencies and digital CRM leaders
</li><li>Work with Sales Training Team and key members of the sales force to develop and execute plans for ongoing training and upskilling
</li><li>Work closely with Sales Operations to develop important brand KPIs, analyze sales and claims data, and develop insights to increase share
</li><li>Demonstrate a high level of financial acumen for analyzing market data, sales figures, budget forecasting and long-range planning
</li><li>Manage all partner programs related to pharmaceutical product sales and be well informed of FDA regulations that impact drug product marketing and sales.
</li></ul>What will you need to be successful?

The Director of Product Marketing provides strategic leadership and vision across the entire product portfolio and oversees the development and execution of marketing strategies that drive customer adoption, revenue growth, and market leadership. This role leads a team of product marketers and serves as a key commercial voice within cross-functional leadership forums. The Director of Product Marketing at Tandem also:<ul><li>
Develops, owns, and updates the go-to-market strategy for core pump systems, focusing on product, price, place, and promotion.</li><li>
Within the pump system portfolio, takes responsibility for the development, expansion, and continual refinement of positioning, messaging, claims, and evidence strategy. COMPENSATION &amp; BENEFITS:
The starting base pay range for this position is $175,000 - $221,900 annually. Base pay will vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and may also fluctuate depending on candidate&rsquo;s location and the overall job market. In addition to base pay, Tandem offers a competitive compensation package that includes bonus and a robust benefits package.

The Director of Marketing (DOM), Neuroscience Schizophrenia is a senior commercial leadership role responsible for shaping and driving brand and portfolio marketing strategy to deliver sustained business performance across Long Action Injectable portfolio, comprised of Invega Sustenna, Invega Trinza and Invega Hafyera, as well the P&amp;L leader for this portfolio. This role is also accountable for the alliance with Caplyta brand to promote schizophrenia indication.
This role leads and influences integrated brand strategy by translating customer, market, and scientific insights into actionable marketing plans and coordinated execution across professional, consumer, and field channels. Operating within a highly matrixed organization, the DOM partners closely with Sales, Medical Affairs, Analytics, Finance, Market Access, Legal, Regulatory, and agency partners to ensure aligned, compliant, and effective commercialization.
