Position Overview:</b></div><div>
The City of Neenah, Wisconsin is currently accepting applications for the Director of Human Resources and Safety. The Neenah Human Resources Department serves 250 employees, in a community of about 27,000. The City is seeking a progressive, energetic leader with proven success in Human Resources management, excellent communication skills, and a focus on continuous improvement. The purpose of this position is to develop, administer, and coordinate Human Resources and Safety functions for the City. Areas of responsibility include; recruitment and selection, benefit administration, compensation, labor relations, safety programs, worker&rsquo;s compensation, employee development, and policy development. This is a Department-Head level position, responsible for the direct supervision of the HR &amp; Safety Assistant and HR Recruitment and Retention Coordinator.</div><div><b><br>
Key Responsibilities:</b><br>
