Supports the Director of Sales &amp; Marketing in developing and executing the hotel&rsquo;s overall sales and marketing strategy.</p><p>
Assists in preparing and implementing the annual commercial plan, budget, and forecast in coordination with the GM and HODs.</p><p>
Maintains strong visibility within the local community and hospitality market to generate business opportunities.</p><p>
Oversees daily sales office operations, ensuring accurate account management, updated records, and proper follow-up systems.</p><p>
Assists in leading, motivating, and guiding the sales team; conducts joint sales calls and client meetings when required.</p><p>
Monitors sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities (locally and regionally) and provides regular reports.</p><p>
Identifies new markets and business opportunities to increase revenue across all segments (Corporate, Leisure, Groups, etc.).</p><p>
Supports the development and execution of marketing campaigns, promotional activities, digital initiatives, and brand positioning.</p><p>
Ensures proper handling of business accounts including tracing, contracting, internal coordination, and post-event follow-up.</p><p>
Conducts sales calls, client entertainment, trade shows, FAM trips, and site inspections to secure new and repeat business.</p><p>
Assists in rate negotiations and works closely with the Revenue Manager to ensure alignment with revenue strategies and financial targets.</p><p>
Supervises the preparation of proposals, contracts, corporate rate agreements, and customer correspondence.</p><p>
Builds and maintains strong relationships with key accounts and strategic partners to drive long-term growth.</p><p></p><div><br>
