Based out of Kurv’s Seattle office, the Director of Leasing & Investments – Seattle Region is responsible for leading all leasing activities and transaction execution for Kurv’s Seattle area portfolio. This role combines leasing and investment leadership into a single, senior position responsible for maximizing asset value, driving regional growth, and executing Kurv’s leasing and investment strategy in the Pacific Northwest.
<br>The Director will drive the leasing strategy, broker relationships, and lease execution for regional assets and help source, underwrite, negotiate, and close acquisition and development opportunities. This role partners closely with Asset Management, Development, Property Management, and executive leadership and plays a critical role in regional performance and capital deployment.

<b>Essential Job Responsibilities:</b><br>

<li>Lead regional leasing strategy and execution for all Seattle area assets</li>
<li>Maintain oversight of leasing activity, including tracking prospects, managing broker pipelines, and maintaining accurate leasing data and reports</li>
