Job Summary</b></p><p>
Located within the Robert H. McKinney School of Law, the Associate Director of Experiential Learning and Academic Success will have duties working jointly under the direction of the Director of Academic and Bar Success and the Director of Externships and Clinics Manager. Department-Specific Responsibilities
</p><ul><li>Provides individual assistance and counseling to students interested in pursuing externship opportunities as part of their law school experience.
</li><li>Maintains critical data needed for American Bar Association (ABA) compliance for externship program in associated systems, including but not limited to memoranda of understanding (Adobe Sign), timekeeping (Clio), and placement and supervising attorney contact information database (12Twenty).</li><li>
Assists with managing relations with existing placement partners and development and onboarding of new placement opportunities, both in the greater Indianapolis area and outside.
</li><li>Serves as the primary event planner for the office's annual Externship Fair.</li><li>
Handles primary administrative responsibilities such as maintaining the Externship Office inbox, creating and maintaining externship application postings, and collaborating with the registrar for student registration.</li><li>
Provides individual assistance and counseling, including regularly scheduled meetings, with students in academic difficulty and at-risk students.
</li><li>Develops and monitors academic plans and recovery plans for individual students.
</li><li>Reviews and provides critical and constructive feedback on exercises and practice exams.
</li><li>Advises at-risk students on course selection.</li><li>
Meets with and counsels students on their academic skills development.</li><li>
Develops and oversees the execution of individualized learning plans.</li><li>
Provides 1-on-1 assistance for at-risk students.</li><li>
Tracks student success and academic performance for students in academic difficulty and at-risk students.

Meets with and counsels Master of Laws (LLM) students on preparing their Indiana Rule 13 waiver applications.

Collaborates with staff in own department and other departments, as well as academic and campus leaders, on shared student programming goals, often coordinating funding to sponsor student programs.</li><li>
Measures and evaluates effectiveness of student programs against projected outcomes.</li><li>
Prepares reports on impact to students and budget and may present to stakeholders on effectiveness and to secure funding for initiatives moving forward.</li><li>

NYU's Stern School of Business has an exciting opportunity available for an Associate Director, Dean’s Office Affairs in the Office of the Dean. The Associate Director will provide high-level executive support to the Dean and the Dean’s Office, orchestrating complex logistics, and crafting communications to internal and external stakeholders. <p>Position Summary</p>

The Director reports to the Vice Provost for office of Institutional Equity (&ldquo;&rsquo;OIE&rdquo;), and will be responsible for overseeing and conducting investigations of alleged misconduct between students in violation of the University's Policies and Procedures on Discrimination and Harassment that involve incidents of alleged discrimination and harassment based on a protected class, where a student is accused of this behavior. This position will work on cases involving students across the University&rsquo;s 17 schools. The Director will supervise and train a team of investigators and work closely and collaboratively with the University&rsquo;s Office of General Counsel, Deans of the schools, and University stakeholders.</p>

<p>Responsibilities</p>
<ul>
<li>The Director will assign cases to investigators, track complaints moving through the investigative process, and ensure that all investigative information is maintained within a complex filing system.</li>
<li>Manage investigations under the University's applicable policies and lead weekly updates to the University&rsquo;s Office of the General Counsel (OGC) and Vice Provost.</li>
<li>Act as a liaison between the Vice Provost and a variety of University and outside contacts to ensure compliance with University policy and performs other related duties as assigned.</li>

<div>The purpose of this position is to provide administrative oversight of the Student Success Center and Testing. The Director of the Student Success Center and Testing will assist the Dean of Student Engagement and Retention with a variety of activities in the Student Success Center and Testing to provide direct academic support for student learning.<br>

The Director of the Student Success Center and Testing will be responsible for the administrative oversight of the Technology Resource Center computer lab, supervise the SSC Technician and all student lab assistants, and work closely with SSC Computer Technician/Lab Manager and DMC IT Department to follow-up on maintenance of all computer equipment, audio visual equipment and technology in the SSC. The Director will be responsible for the administrative oversight of the Del Mar College Institutional Tutoring Program, the Tutor Support Services Coordinator, staff, tutors, services and policies.<br>

The Director will assist the Dean of Student Engagement and Retention with Student Success Center initiatives, workshops, laptop loaner program, campus events, oversight of computer equipment and maintaining the SSC information monitors. The Director will provide administrative oversight of the Testing Center, including lab management, supervision of Testing Examiners and collaborate with faculty, staff, Access Services and Outreach and Enrollment services for all testing needs. Other duties include, working closely with faculty and staff to ensure SSC services will enhance student retention.</div>

The Director of the Accessibility Office provides oversite and direct services for students with disabilities in support of their access to college learning. The Director is an administrative role that also works with the facilities department to ensure the College physical locations meet ADA compliance and to address concerns, the oversight and implementation of Assistive Technology (AT), the purchase of accessible software, supporting the IT Department, Marketing, and other college constituents to ensure that Section 508 compliance is met.
