What will you be doing?

<li>Lead and manage the daily operations of the dispatch team to ensure efficient routing and scheduling of drivers.

<li>Ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are consistently met for assigned accounts.

<li>Manage scheduling, PTO approvals, timesheets, and coverage planning for dispatch staff.
</li>
<li>Partner with the People &amp; Culture team on hiring, onboarding, coaching, and employee development initiatives.
