What You'll Do:
<ul><li>Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities from a dispatch setting.</li>

Minimum Requirements:
<ul><li>Possess at least 1 year of armed security-related, law enforcement, and/or military experience.</li>
<li>CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.</li>
<li>Access control and badge experience is preferred.</li>
<li>Alarm panel experience is preferred.</li>
<li>Be comfortable using a computer or tablet, preferred.</li>
<li>Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.</li>
<li>Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.</li>

The Dispatch Specialist I is responsible for managing dispatch functions for crisis line services. The Dispatch Specialist is responsible for facilitating, tracking, and ensuring dispatch functions, including dispatch of mobile crisis teams, crisis transportation, specialty program clinicians, hospital assessors, and other business partners as indicated by contract. This position is also responsible for backing up other Contact Center staff by answering and screening incoming crisis requests when business needs dictate. Responsibilities:

<li>Receives and dispatches teams/clinicians timely and effectively. Provides concise and accurate information to teams/clinicians; maintains awareness of teams/clinicians' needs and safety. Manages tracking logs accurately and in a timely manner; creates reports when business needs dictate. Documents all dispatch and related interactions in the electronic health record and tracking logs.
</li><li>Adhere to call center policy and procedures.</li>
<li>Participate in required training and supervision; willingness to expand knowledge of suicide intervention and prevention, the behavioral health and physical health systems, Medicaid managed care, mental health and diagnostics, community resources, and recovery and resiliency practices.</li>
<li>Demonstrate effective documentation skills; ensure all interactions are documented in the designated electronic health record in accordance with policies and procedures.</li>
<li>Responsible for assisting other Contact Center staff in answering and screening incoming crisis requests when business needs dictate. The Dispatch Specialist I is therefore responsible for all functions outlined in those job descriptions, listed below:</li>

Your ability to solve problems in real-time, monitor key metrics, and support our field team will be essential to our success.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Route Management &amp; Dispatch: Schedule and dispatch DSPs and drivers to assigned routes based on induction schedules, customer demands, and on-the-fly requests.</li><li>Real-Time Driver Support: Provide live support to drivers during delivery hours, assisting with exception handling, navigation issues, and delivery problems to ensure successful first-attempt deliveries.</li><li>Performance Monitoring &amp; Training: Monitor driver performance against company standards, including photo quality and delivery success rates. Partner with management to coach and train drivers on best practices as outlined in the company delivery guide.</li><li>Issue Resolution &amp; Communication: Proactively contact drivers, DSPs, and recipients via softphone (calls/text) and company-provided systems to verify and resolve delivery issues, ensuring accuracy and customer satisfaction.</li><li>Field Support &amp; Escalation: Periodically conduct ride-alongs with drivers within assigned territories to directly observe, diagnose, and resolve chronic delivery problems.</li><li>Delivery Failure Analysis: Meticulously monitor, review, and validate the reasons for all failed delivery attempts. Work with drivers to address and correct any discrepancies in their reporting.</li><li>Returns Processing: Efficiently process all returned undeliverable packages at the sorting center to facilitate valid redelivery attempts or final disposition.</li><li>Team Collaboration: Assist management with DSP and driver recruitment, screening, onboarding, and performance monitoring activities.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Skills:<ul><li>Collage diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor&rsquo;s degree is a plus.</li><li>Proven experience in a dispatch, logistics, or fleet coordination role.</li><li>Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to relay information clearly and calmly under pressure.</li><li>Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.</li><li>Tech-savvy, with proficiency in using laptops, dispatch software, and communication tools (softphones, SMS).</li><li>Ability to analyze data and driver metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.</li><li>Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.</li><li>Willingness to periodically conduct ride-alongs in the field.</li><li>A valid driver's license may be required.</li></ul>Pay: $23.00 - $24.00 per hourWork Location: In person
