<p>Salary: $50,000/yr. After completing a comprehensive 6&ndash;12-month training program, you'll be eligible for generous monthly bonus opportunities based on your individual performance. Responsibilities and requirements include:</p>

<li>Experience selling value, not price.</li>
<li>Experience using a consultative sales approach, using advanced listening/questioning skills.</li>
<li>Experience working in a fast-paced retail environment with an emphasis on the customer experience.</li>
<li>Excellent interpersonal skills that are customer-centric, warm, engaging, and persuasive.</li>
<li>Must have a keen eye for design (although this is NOT an Interior Design position).</li>
<li>Ability to maintain a high-level of positive energy and a temperament to adapt to a wide variety of customer personalities, tastes, and styles.</li>
