 The Role
 
 
 
 We are currently searching for a detail-oriented and organized Dispatcher to join our team. The Dispatcher will be responsible for dispatching service technicians daily to meet customer service needs. Position requires having a strong understanding of the geographical area that the dispatcher is based, great communication, problem solving skills and attention to detail. This is an opportunity for a long term position and to join a growing company.
 
 
 
 Responsibilities

 Handles an extremely high volume of service calls

 Assigning priority of service call
 </li>
 <li>
 Creates detailed project plans, with all tasks, dependencies, and timelines identified, and keeps those projects continuously updated
 </li>

 Ensures scope, schedule, and budget data are communicated to stakeholders as they may evolve throughout a project

 Continuous communication with service technicians and providing optimal routing
 </li>

The primary function of a dispatcher is to direct and coordinate the ordering and delivery of materials to customers in the day-to-day operations.
